4. Roller

1) If cracks appear in the weld, they should be repaired in time and can only be used after passing the test;

2) The rubber coating layer is aging and cracking, and the rubber coating layer should be replaced in time;

3) Use No. 1 or No. 2 calcium-sodium grease for lubrication of roller bearings. For example, three shifts of continuous production should be replaced every three months. During use, the cycle can be appropriately extended or shortened according to the situation.

5. Roller

There should be spare parts in stock. When the rotation is inflexible or the barrel skin is worn out, they should be replaced in time.

6. Cleaner

1) When the exposed height of the cleaning scraper is less than 20mm, it should be adjusted or replaced in time;

2) When the cleaning scraper has poor contact with the conveyor belt, it should be adjusted to have a balanced contact length of more than 85% with the drum busbar.

7. Tighten the screw

1) When the tightening screw is not in use, it should be coated with grease and wrapped in paper to prevent it from falling into dust;

2) When the tightening screw is corroded and unable to rotate, it should be replaced.

8. Reducer

1) The amount of oil in the reducer should be checked frequently;

The reducer should undergo minor repairs every six months and major repairs every two years. Minor repairs include changing the lubricating oil, checking the condition of the transmission gears and the seals at the rolling bearings.
