Belt conveyor cleaner

The cleaning device includes a head cleaner and an empty section cleaner for return. The function of the cleaner is to cause the coal bonded to the belt to fall off at a fixed location.
① Head cleaner: The head cleaner is used to clean materials adhered to the working surface of the conveyor belt, preventing coal sticking on the conveyor belt from polluting the environment and causing belt deviation.
② Empty section cleaner: The empty section cleaner is used to clean the attachments adhered to the non working surface of the conveyor belt, preventing materials from entering between the tail drum and the conveyor belt. During on-site installation, weld it onto the middle frame in front of the two types of rollers mentioned above, so that its scraper contacts the lower branch of the conveyor belt. Belt scale: Electronic belt scales are widely used. It consists of a load-bearing device, a weighing sensor, a speed sensor, and a weighing display. When weighing, the load-bearing device transfers the gravity of the material on the belt to the weighing sensor. The weighing sensor outputs a voltage (mV) signal proportional to the gravity of the material, which is amplified by an amplifier and sent to the analog-to-digital converter to convert it into a digital quantity A, which is then sent to the arithmetic unit; After the material speed is input into the speed sensor, the speed sensor outputs pulse number B and also sends it to the arithmetic unit; After the arithmetic operator performs operations on A and B, it obtains the amount of material for this measurement cycle. By accumulating each measurement cycle, the total amount of material continuously passing through the belt can be obtained. ▲
