What is the working principle of the stacker reclaimer bucket?
Working principle of stacking
(1) Material transportation: Materials are transported to the front end of the stacker-reclaimer boom through a conveyor belt or other conveying equipment.
(2) Boom rotation: The boom rotates horizontally under the drive of the slewing mechanism, scattering the materials evenly on the yard to form a pile.
(3) Pitching action: The height of the cantilever is adjusted through the pitching mechanism to control the level and shape of the pile.
Working principle of reclaiming
(1) Boom lowering: The pitch mechanism lowers the boom to a suitable material-retrieving position.
(2) Scraper or bucket wheel material reclaiming: The scraper or bucket wheel on the cantilever moves back and forth along the longitudinal direction of the material pile under the drive of the traveling mechanism to scrape or dig the material off.
(3) Material transportation: The collected materials are transported to subsequent processing equipment or transportation systems through conveyor belts or other conveying devices.
