How the boom type stacker-reclaimer works

The boom-type stacker-reclaimer has two operating modes: stacking and reclaiming. The stacked bulk materials transported by the belt conveyor are unloaded to the belt conveyor on the boom through the tail truck, and then dumped from the front end of the boom to the material yard. Through the operation of the whole machine, the rotation and pitch of the boom can make the material pile form a neat shape of trapezoidal cross-section.

Material retrieval is realized continuously through boom rotation and bucket wheel rotation.
